Barrel Head Decor

Whether you’re looking for a large clock for the wall, a classy charcuterie board, a lazy Susan for your bar, or some customized wall art, these wine and whiskey barrel heads are sure to impress.

Each barrel head is disassembled, then reassembled with a high quality wood glue to ensure a lifetime of use.  Heads that are used for charcuterie boards are surface sanded to a flat and clean surface prior to being laser engraved and treated with Howard Butcher Block Conditioner; all other Barrel Head Decor can be surfaced and cleared, or left with original winery/distillery markings.  Wood finishing in your choice of color is included (charcuterie boards are not stained or finished as they are intended as a food contact surfaces).

Handles are optional on all of the Barrel Head products (except clocks), and hardware for wall art, clocks, and lazy Susans are included in the price of purchase.

Types of barrel heads

• Wine Barrel Head: These barrel heads are clear oak on the face, and wine-stained on the back
• Whiskey Barrel Head:  These barrel heads are clear oak on the face and charcoal burned on the back

Hardware

• Handles: I will work with you to find the most fitting handles for your project.  Most handles can be added for $15 (specialty handles extra).  Some handle examples are;

• Wall Hangers:  All signs, clocks, and wall art include OOK French Cleat wall hangers for the sturdiest and easiest wall mounting option (see image here).
• Lazy Susan:  Lazy Susans include a high quality aluminum alloy, 18″ diameter, ball-bearing turntable for durable, lightweight, quite, and stable use.
• Display Stands:  Any of the Barrel Head pieces can be shipped with laser cut wooden display stands at no additional charge (example here).
• Wooden Gift Tags:  Customized laser engraved wooden gift tags are included per request, at no additional charge.
